We encourage Alternate Dispute Resolution ("ADR"); a dispute resolution methodology outside the traditional litigation process. ADR is a faster, less expensive and more private means of resolving disputes. We maintain a panel of experienced arbitrators and mediators. We advise clients on the use and feasibility of ADR techniques such as arbitration, mediation, or neutral evaluation, and we represent them in ADR proceedings. We draft arbitration and mediation clauses and other ADR provisions in contracts and similar documents when appropriate for our clients' goals.
Apart from Arbitration and mediation, we have expertise in neutral evaluation, facilitated settlement negotiations, and combinations of these. We have used ADR to resolve numerous disputes at pre-litigation stage and encourage the use of ADR clauses in business agreements.
